Staff complete their Best Practice in Dementia Care

During the recent #DementiaAwarenessWeek we were delighted to see the first batch of our staff with their certificates in Best Practice in Dementia Care. This is a qualification that all our staff will get, along with those working at our sister home Kirk House. It's a testament to their dedication and professionalism, and the determination of all at Copelands to be the best that they can be for the residents. Our thanks to Andrea for the expert tutelage.
